About Us

D. R. Smith Company, Inc., doing business as Air Compressor Service, is an authorized distributor of Gardner Denver compressed air products in western Washington.  We were incorporated in the State of Washington in May of 1991.  Our owners, Dave and Rick Smith, have a combined 60 years experience in the compressed air industry.   

As our name implies, we started out as a service company and we still provide expert repair and preventative maintenance services to our customers, but we have grown up.  Our focus now is on developing long-term customers by partnering with you to salvage your net profit.  This may, or may not, involve selling you new equipment.  The goal is to optimize the efficiency of your compressed air system to positively influence your bottom line and win you as a customer forever.
